LEA Award 2022

For the 7th consecutive year, we were delighted to receive the LEA Award in 2022, which is issued by the Baden Wuerttemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism together with the charities Diakonie and Caritas for our performance in, commitment to and recognition of social projects.

elderbrook solutions continues its commitment to the software development “BeWoPLAN (which supports all administrative processes of Lebenshilfe e.V. to ensure caregivers spend less time with paper & red tape and more time with their residents). Additionally, elderbrook continues to break the mould with regard to flexible working hours. We have almost as many working time models as we have employees. Our “home-office” standard practice, which was introduced long before any pandemic, continues to ensure a safe and highly flexible workforce.
