We are delighted to announce that Dr. Jürgen Kübler will be joining elderbrook solutions GmbH as our new Chairman & CEO on 1 October 2026.

With a strong background in pharmaceutical drug development with a quantitative scientific foundation, combined with almost a decade of experience running his own business, Jürgen brings a wealth of expertise, entrepreneurial experience and a fresh perspective to our leadership team.

But experience is only part of the story.

Jürgen is dynamic, curious, spontaneous and enjoys a challenge. During our first conversations, it quickly became clear that he brings the kind of energy and openness that fits very well with the spirit of elderbrook. He is someone who is comfortable answering questions, exploring new ideas and taking on something new – exactly the mindset we value as we continue to evolve.

His role will go beyond providing strategic direction. Elderbrook has experienced significant growth over the years, and the next step is to build on that success by strengthening our organisation and developing the structures and leadership needed to support our continued growth. Working closely with our leadership team, Jürgen will help shape this next chapter – creating greater clarity, stability and a strong foundation for elderbrook’s long-term development and longevity.

And while there is certainly plenty of serious science and leadership experience behind our new Chairman & CEO, we have already discovered a few things about Jürgen that tell us he will complement the elderbrook culture and business very well.
