On Sunday, 10.05.2026, a fantastic group of our team participated in the Wings for Life World Run, joining a total of 346,572 participants, across 192 countries in support of an important cause and raising 9.2 million Euro in total by running 2.9 million kilometres.
The Wings for Life World Run is a unique international charity event that raises funds for spinal cord research, with 100% of all entry fees and donations going directly towards finding a cure for spinal cord injuries.
We are incredibly proud of our determined team who took part from elderbrook. It was great to see the smiling faces, strong team spirit, and impressive performances at this event. Participants completed their runs in a variety of locations including mountain routes and some even surpassed the half-marathon mark before being caught by the event’s iconic Catcher Car.
To recognize the commitment and enthusiasm shown by our participants, we are pleased to donate €500 to support the charity’s mission.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and ran for those who couldn’t and a special mention to team Drabina Jakubowa in Poland for participating and helping others to roll over the finish line.
