Our Projects

Mein Regenwald

Mein Regenwald – Starting in 2026, elderbrook will take responsibility for future generations: by planting 410 trees annually—10 in Germany and 400 in the Amazon region—we are making an active contribution to climate protection, strengthening biodiversity, and promoting the sustainable development of local communities.

In collaboration with a local partner, elderbrook is carrying out targeted tree and hedge planting in Baden-Württemberg and the Amazon region. The aim is to actively participate in regional biotope network planning and to sustainably improve valuable habitats for insects, birds, and bats, restore fertile soils, regulate water, and promote sustainable development for families.

Our planting projects make an important contribution to climate change adaptation: trees and hedges create a more stable microclimate through natural shading, wind and erosion protection, thus supporting sustainable agriculture and forestry. At the same time, they contribute to increasing biodiversity by strengthening species diversity and promoting ecological cycles.

In addition, the plantings help mitigate the negative effects of extreme weather events such as heavy rain, heat waves, or drought. In this way, we combine regional commitment with long-term environmental protection – for resilient ecosystems and livable landscapes.

Lubu Beatz is a contact point for young people in Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area. Here, they can develop and record their own songs, perform them on stage and share them on social media.

The project aims to provide an opportunity for teenagers and young adults, who often struggle to connect with mainstream society due to their cultural backgrounds and disadvantaged educational backgrounds, to develop and find their voice. These young people are often excluded from mainstream music programmes. With the motto ‘More than music’, Lubu Beatz brings together young creatives from different backgrounds to form a cross-cultural community where friendships are formed and mutual support is provided. The annual highlight is a joint songwriting camp where participants live together.

Lubu Beatz began life as a school club in 2012 and has grown steadily ever since. The programme is free for participants and is funded by donations and grants. It is run by Liebenzeller Mission gGmbH  and the Lubu Beatz support association.
The project currently employs three full-time members of staff and nine volunteers. Around 50 young people are active in the studio and beyond every year, and many stay involved for years.

Drabina Jakubowa (Poland)  – This organization support people with disabilities and their families. Jacob’s Ladder is an initiative of the Orchionist Order within the Catholic Chruch, which recruits volunteers to work with people with disabilities. For this model to be successful, it needs donors who are willing to support Jacob’s Ladder financially and connect their hearts! Finances are the Achilles heel of this operation, and finding donors is crucial.

In 2024, during summer camps, 255 volunteers cared 184 people with disabilities in ine one-week sessions.

Shelter of Hope is a social welfare project in Kenya that has been supported by the K3 Church in Schwelm for many years. In 2005, an African couple opened a school in the Kiambio slum in Nairobi to give street children access to education. Currently, approximately 200 children from kindergarten to 6th grade are taught there by 13 teachers. In addition, the children receive a hot meal every day. There is now another school in Kagan, Homa Bay County, where 230 children in need receive a high-quality education.

Charity event – At elderbrook solutions, we believe in combining health, teamwork, and social responsibility. Once a year, we dedicate an entire month to our Annual Sports Challenge, where every kilometer counts – whether it’s running, cycling, climbing, or swimming.

Each kilometer logged by our employees is converted into donations for charitable causes, turning personal effort into a collective impact. This year, our enthusiastic team completed nearly 1,000 activities in just four weeks – an incredible demonstration of energy, commitment, and fun!

To make the initiative even more meaningful, our management team doubled the total donation, allowing us to support multiple organizations and make a real difference in our community. At the same time, we encouraged employees to stay active, healthy, and engaged, strengthening bonds across teams.

This event isn’t just about raising funds – it’s about fostering a culture of wellness, collaboration, and social responsibility. At Elderbrook Solutions, we’re proud to combine fun, fitness, and giving back – proving that together, we can move both ourselves and the world forward.

Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie Baden-Württemberg – We are proud to align with the Sustainability Strategy of Baden‑Württemberg, a forward-looking initiative that connects ecological responsibility, social fairness, and economic performance. This statewide strategy encourages companies, communities, and citizens to act sustainably and helps businesses implement measurable, impactful sustainability practices.

By participating, we not only contribute to climate protection and resource efficiency, but also foster a culture of innovation, social responsibility, and long-term resilience. The strategy provides guidance, support programs, and networking opportunities, enabling companies like ours to take concrete steps toward sustainable development while strengthening our position in the market.

We see sustainability not as a task for tomorrow, but as a core part of our business today – creating value for our employees, our customers, and our community, while helping build a greener, fairer, and more resilient Baden‑Württemberg.

...On behalf of all our beneficiaries and volunteers, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire Elderbrook team. You can see the gratitude in their eyes in the picture! Your commitment — every run, walk, swim, climb and cycle — has translated into real support for people with disabilities and for our mission of fighting loneliness.... As a sign of our heartfelt appreciation, we are delighted to grant elderbrook the title of Jacob’s Ladder Friend — warmly welcoming you into our community. We look forward to future initiatives where, together, we can continue to reduce loneliness among young people and those with special needs. Thank you for moving together for good. Thank you for choosing to stand with us. And thank you for proving that when people act with heart and purpose, remarkable things happen ❤️ With gratitude...
