Huge congratulations to Steve Prust on delivering such an outstanding and impactful presentation in the PM Stream – People Leadership & Management! The room was filled to capacity with many left standing. The topic was not only timely but also incredibly engaging, and Steve’s depth of expertise not only in the industry but his interpersonal skills, honed over years of hands-on experience, truly shone through. His topic “Dealing with the poor performer – Processes and practical methods” raised a lot of interest and questions from the audience, so much so that the lively Q/A session could have continued well beyond the scheduled time.
