Your responsibilities and functions
- Take on administrative HR tasks from A to Z - from onboarding to offboarding - including the creation and adaptation of employment contracts as well as the maintenance and creation of forms and templates.
- Become the central point of contact for our employees in all matters relating to HR issues, whether every day or special.
- Responsible for time-recording and maintaining the digital personnel files.
- Update and maintain our HR manuals and guidelines and ensure that they match the actual processes.
- Familiarize yourself with the monthly payroll and support this process.
- Set up a transparent and strategic HR reporting system based on meaningful key figures that serve as a basis for important decisions.
- Optimize existing HR structures and support the introduction of new HR tools and technologies.
- Develop and implement scalable HR processes that meet the requirements of a growing company.
Your qualifications and competences
- Graduated with a degree with a focus on HR management, economics or a comparable qualification.
- Obtained several years of experience in a generalist HR position, ideally in a company with an international focus.
- Possess an affinity for numbers and have experience in setting up and analyzing KPI systems (HR analytics, reporting).
- Very good knowledge of labor and social security law and ideally also payroll tax law.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting is a big plus.
- Confident using MS Office package, have experience with other common HR management systems (we use Personio) and have an affinity for IT to effectively use and introduce new tools and technologies in the HR area.
- Fluent in (both written and oral) German and English.
- Capable of finding the right balance between operational and strategic tasks and driving projects forward in a solution-oriented manner.
- Talent to recognize the needs of employees, strong communication skills and discretion.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
